Exceptionally clean. Friendly Hostel environment with shared kitchen and dining room. Owners were very pleasant, helpful and responsive. Private, walled garden and dipping pool were beautifully appointed and lovely to use. Zoo, park and hospitals close by. Lots of interesting events happened in the park during our stay - music, ethnic market (temporary visit), Dinosaur exhibit (also temporary)! Some local stores - food, stationary, computer and print services pharmacy all within easy walking distance. Easy access to public transport for more distant destinations like more central shopping and markets if you know what you are looking for (ask the owners).. I'd definitely stay here again.

Really nice hostel with a great atmosphere. It’s on a beautiful newly renovated street with lots of restaurants and shops, so the location is perfect. The facilities are very clean and the staff really nice with plenty of recommendations should you need them.

We were very satisfied – a beautiful environment, excellent approach in a lovely historic house with period furniture, and a very communicative and caring hostess. The whole place had a unique charm. We felt great. The hostess bid us farewell like a true lady of the house – walking us all the way to the door. Highly recommended!

Pitch perfect customer service. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere with great music as well as many social activities and day trip options. Beautiful, old colonial architecture with gardens, hammocks, tall, shady trees and a fantastic large pool, Private rooms and dorms available. There is a co-working space and a game room. You can cook in the kitchen if you like. Central location near Av. Montejo museums and posh shops, Sta. Lucia, Santiago Market, museums in the main plaza, the folk art museum etc.&

Very nice property, great small pool. Only 15 min walk from Merida center, and save to walk! Really value for money.

Great location 10-15 minutes away from the city centre/Parque Santa Ana. Very quiet with a lovely patio and pool. Hot water, A/C working well, comfy beds, spacious rooms cleaned daily. Delicious homemade breakfast. Local transport and abarrotes round the corner. Laundry service upon request. Friendliest hosts who give you the best tips and recommendations. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Mérida in the future.

The location is away from the centre but ready to access. Great off road parking for 2 motorcycles was a huge plus for us. Staff were great and friendly. Go for the room with the terrace as this is at the back and away from the road. Great size room and lots of storage space. Restaurant serves really great food.

Claudia is very nice. Place is safe and secure. Short Uber rides will take you to the Plaza Grande. Great AC! Loved all the plants everywhere. Must bring earplugs cause there's a rooster nearby that will wake up at 4h AM hahaha. The pool was ok
