We had a lovely stay at Casa Silice, the house is very welcoming, rooms are big and comfortable (the bed is amazing!) and it was lovely to spend time in the garden. The house also has a big kitchen that the guests can use, with free tea, coffee, fruits and mayan bread. It's also beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is very cosy and peaceful. What is very important to mention too is that Erik is such a nice host, welcoming, helpful and available. He gave us great recommandations for our stay and helped us when needed. I definitely recommend to stay at Casa Silice, it's a perfect option to explore Valladolid and it's surroundings!

Everything was great during our stay. The family who runs the place is very kind and welcoming — they even looked after my dog so we could visit the cenote for an hour, and they sent me videos to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with its own bathroom and AC. There was plenty of space for us and our things. We arrived by car, I’m not sure how practical the location is without a car, as it’s a little outside the centre, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Great value for the price, a warm atmosphere, and everything we needed for a relaxed weekend. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage on Sunday for a few hours. We would definitely return!

Honestly great stay! Staff was nice, they don't have 24h reception but you can WhatsApp them if you need anything and they will help you straight away. Spacious bathroom and nice beds. Only thing is its a little bit further to walk, but thats okay.

Casona del Negro Aguilar is located in Valladolid and features a plunge pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

The location was very convenient — just a few minutes’ walk from the ADO bus terminal. There is also a nice park nearby that seems to be the center of the town, with many restaurants around it. The colectivo stop for Chichén Itzá is also within walking distance. There was also a bank nearby, and I was able to withdraw cash from the ATM around 9 PM without any problem. Basically, most things are within a few minutes’ walk. I arrived at night, and the staff kindly told me that I could pay the next day, which was very helpful. The hostel has a kitchen and a water dispenser, which is very useful. I didn’t use it myself, but they can also help you book tours. The staff were very kind and always explained things clearly when I had questions.

Excellent location to visit the small town of Valladolid! Has a very comfortable parking and is also quite easy to reach. The room is well thought and has all the facilities you could need, such as AC and a roof fan.

The property was in a convenient location, close to the central square of the city and minutes away from OXXO and Six. There's also a large supermarket about 15 minutes walk away and a good laundrette around the corner. The room itself is clean, spacious with A/C, large comfortable bed, strong wifi and ensuite. There is also a shared kitchen which is well-equipped to make simple meals and a living/dining area. The owner doesn't live onsite but he made the check-in process easy and straight-forward, was very responsive and helpful. Overall we thought it was great value for the area and had a great stay!
