The staff was very friendly and responsive to my messages via WhatsApp. The room was clean and neat, with two double beds, a TV, and a bathroom stocked with toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels. Guests had access to shared facilities like hot and cold water, an iron, and an ironing board. The room also had an AC and tissues for use. Overall, it was a nice and calm stay, and I highly recommend this place, especially for foreigners visiting Penang.

The property is renovated beautifully, keeping the old time charm. The view of the east side of Penang was amazing especially at night. We were lucky to be there while Kek Lok Si temple was lit up for CNY. Raj, the owner, was so welcoming and it was genuine. He should be proud of what he has achieved with restoring the place and the additions to improve the comforts for guests. All the staff we very pleasant and helpful. We were lucky enough to see a big black squirrel from our balcony as well as a family of dusky leaf monkeys on our walk nearby.

Very nice guesthouse in the quiet part of Penang. There is tons of communal space to hang out, the room are basic and have everything needed and everything was clean. There are also bikes for rent, but note that the bikes aren't in a great shape and thus not really suitable for rides outside the village area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful as well, all in all it was just a very good vibe there. Many bathrooms and showers are available.

Tony's is a colourful,cosy guesthouse run by the very helpful Tony.Rooms are basic but bed is very comfortable and fan quiet.Toilets,showers and washbasins are clean.Showers have great pressure.Good fridge and cooking. facilities which I didn't use as eating out is so good and cheap.Lounge area is open ,spacious and comfortable.Free use of a washing machine and beer for sale.The best thing apart from the above is the vivid and uplifting paintwork everywhere.Thanks Tony,I'll be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tony’s guest house. Tony is such a kind and generous host. We loved being out in a more quiet part of Penang, it was beautiful. We really appreciated the fresh fruit and use of bikes.
