Very clean and comfy industrial-style accommodation in an excellent location. Bathroom was spacious with a hot and powerful shower. Cafe owners were kind to let us store our luggage during the day. We weren’t bothered by any noise (weekday night, stayed near the back).

The property is set in a quiet, affluent residential area within easy reach of Ipoh centre. Michael, and his partner run the guesthouse and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are large with exceptionally comfortable beds, and an amazing shower. It gives you a massage as you shower the force of the water is so good. There is a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities (as well as snacks) out on the back veranda which has seating overlooking a large garden. Parking is to the front. Michael has thought of everything to make you feel at home and nothing you can ask is too much bother.

Excellent location near plenty of great places to eat and sights to see. The room was a great size and fit all three of us well- the sofa bed was extremely comfy. The terrace was a lovely space to wind down, drinking water and free range coffee and tea were very nice. For a stay in Ipoh this is an excellent shout!
