This place is perfect to unwind and located right beside the beach. They have everything you need inside. Amazing shower and the bed is super comfortable. Great location, very quiet, great views over Dunedin with rural and coastal views also. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I have to say the steep driveway with its abrupt road access was a bit of a challenge but ok if you're careful and can handle a hill start, although that actually applies to most of Dunedin anyway!
