Amazing host who speaks english. i wanted somewhere near the airport that was clean and comfortable for a reasonable price and this place more than delivered .. fantastic quality modern room .. large comfortable.. and most of all , the host was incredibly helpful, Elio speaks perfect english and went out of his way to direct me to places to eat and shop and everyhtung.. , and in the morning his father drove me to the airport for a decent fee.. more than happy

This is not called a Family hostel for nothing. After just 3 nights here we felt like family. Arriving late at night the place didn’t seem very special, just another place to rest our heads. But the family that run the place soon made it feel special. They were so warm and welcoming, and the whole setup of the place makes it feel like you’re staying as a guest in their home as they’re always around to help, or just to chat. And their 3 cats are there to keep you company too. The hostel is very well located between Barranco and Miraflores, with both in easy walking distance. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The hostel is kept very clean and secure. With nice shared areas in the rooftop terrace and breakfast area. We had a double room with en-suite which was compact but functional. The bed was comfy and there was no noise. A bit more space would perhaps have been nice. We had so many good tips from our hosts about places to see, where to eat, and even where to get a good service laundry. These were a real help. If we ever come back to Barranco (and I really hope we will) this will be our first stop.

Great location and a tastefully decorated room. This building has so much character and charm. Loved the high ceilings. Was lovely having a living room separate from the bedroom. I enjoyed having the electric tea kettle to boil my own water for drinking. It was an awesome space for a solo traveler.

What an oasis in the city. I was warmly welcomed and catered for. It’s so close to the beautiful parks and shops of Miraflores. The owners are super kind, helpful and friendly too. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious!

The lady working was very lovely and very friendly. Our room was massive although the only external window looked onto the other half of the room but it was good for a night. Very close to various restaurants. We were able to leave our bags there after we checked out which was great and they had a little seating area you can wait in although it was outside.
