Rosie who was mainly in charge of things was exceptional. She took us to the ticket office to get bus tickets for Machu Picchu the night before, to save us standing in a longer line the following morning and made sure our breakfast was right on time. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

Let's face it, the only reason you are there is to go to Machu Picchu - this hotel is perfect for that. This hotel is situated right above the bus stop and one alleyway up from where you buy your bus tickets. We ate our breakfast which was perfectly adequate (scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, cereal, coffee etc.) at 5am and stored one of our bags in the designated locked room before getting the bus up for 6am entrance to the site.

Situated in Machu Picchu, near Machu Picchu Hot Spring and Machu Picchu station, Picos House MachuPicchu is a recently renovated property, featuring, a terrace and shared lounge.

Had an extremely comfortable and relaxing stay! The hotel is situated on a hill, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. The interior of the hotel room was impeccably clean. very good location host picked us up at the train station very good breakfast buffet (fresh different types of bread, joghurt with cereales, different types of fruits, coffee, tea, ham, cheese, jam, butter ..) everything is refilled all the time, we even got a lunch packet because we left very early for Machu Picchu everything was clean and we had hot showers with good pressure very friendly staff and host
