The room was exactly like in the pictures. The owner shared with us many useful information (how to get around the city, how to reach the airport), he booked for us a good, well priced tour to Uros island. The accomodation was worth every cent. It offers great value for money. The breakfast was above expectations for Peruvian standards. We felt welcome and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if coming back to Puno. This place truly deserves it's rating.

Jose went above and beyond to help us out whilst we stayed here! Was super communicative, and helped us order taxis to the bus station early in the morning, looked after our bags whilst we went on an overnight tour on the lake and so much more! Showers were hot, and beds super comfy! We had the breakfast before our early morning tour which was also great. Would highly recommend staying here :)

The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

Very hospitable hosts!! We arrived and they made us hot chocolate, then served us personally for breakfast outside of their usual breakfast hours as we had an early tour. Very welcoming.

We were allowed by the morning staff (male) to check-in to another available room even very early ahead of check.in (at 6 am after arriving 5:30 am by overnight bus from Cusco) and even could eat the good breakfast (scrambled eggs or cheese, bread with jams,unlimited coffe/tea). The evening receptionist also checked quickly how we could take the cheaper Juliata airport shuttle at S/20 per person (Rossy's tour) which I booked on time at the last minute 6 pm the night before. Also had heater in room.

The location was great, between the harbor and the city center. Everithing was clean and the shower had hot water (considering the temperatures in Puno in february, I consider this a necessity but not all hostels offer it). The staff was nice, but it didn't speak very well English. Still we managed the communication. The breakfast was basic, but good.

Amazing hot shower - good pressure, very hot water. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a small heater in the room, which definitely helped to keep the room warmer, taking in account that it was -2-4C outside at night. Breakfast was simple but decent - scrambled egg, fresh juice, fruits, bread, cheese, coffee, etc. Staff was very nice and sweet, I think they spoke only Spanish (though I didn't try any English with them) The internet also worked well, though I didn't use it much

Everything was great. Good location, clean room, hot shower and amazing lake view. Host was very helpful and even gave me personal thermos with hot water so I can drink tea in my room. I really enjoyed my short stay there.
