Good location in a quiet and safe area. Wifi is good and there is hot water in the shower. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Owner is friendly and gave a good restaurant recommendation and let me check in early.

Really beautiful place, wonderful hosts, nice to relax by the pool. Great location - really close to get to the nice part of the beach and so close to town.

La maison is an Oasis of calm in the busy town of Mancora. The property is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The price is low for what you get. Additionally, Tanya the owner is the sweetest. She will hook you up with the best recommendation and is very helpful and attentive. I left for one day to go join some friends at an another hotel, but it was so noisy I came back to La Maison right away. I can only recommend this place!

Don't let the fact there's only a few reviews put you off this place, it's only recently been built. The rooms have powerful fans to keep you cool, the kitchen is clean and well equipped and the relaxing areas are really nice. Also, you're close to the beach (10 mins walk). Best thing by far though is the staff, we had food poisoning and they helped move our check-in date 3 times free of charge. They also helped answer any of our questions.
