Very nice room, VERY close to Wroclaw Rynek (main square) - 3 min by walk. Shared bathroom with only 2 other rooms, so it didn't bother us.

Very clean room and shared toilets/bathrooms. The shared bathrooms are pretty private (you can lock the door and there's only one shower/toilet per area). Also, no waiting time for shower, always was accessible. Plenty of room for 3 guests in the room. Check-in easy. Lots of parking around on streets. Kitchen has lots of gear, including microwave oven. You can have breakfast in the balcony which was really nice.

100m away from Rynek, yet super quiet. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, very warm (outside freezing), super comminication with the owner, i was lucky enough to be the only guest on those 2 nights, the other rooms were empty. The is a desk to work if you want, bed wss very soft (too soft but thats no problem) and the price for all that very good. Will go again definitely.

I like the location. Even if we were in a block of flats, it was nice and quiet. The only noise were cars from time to time. It was very easy and cheap to get to the city centre. Lots of shops around with fresh vegetables and fruits. In the front of the building was a small playground and not far away you could find many more of them. The room was all I expected with a nice balcony to sit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice and clean. We had access to washing machine and rack dryer on the balcony. I liked the idea of automatic lock to the main door. You get a temporary password to get in. Nice and clever.

Very clean, close to city (by car), shops nearby, amazing breakfast. Only thing that could be better, would be if there was AC in the room, as we arrived on extremely hot day, but generally this place is amazing for the price.

My stay was very comfortable and the location was very central yet in a quiet neighborhood with a small park across the road. The host was super helpful. He stayed up till late to be at the flat and showed me around as my flight was slightly delayed. He offered to accommodate my bags on the last day and a late check out because he simply cared for a solo traveller. Thank you for all of the hospitality.
