We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were all super friendly and used Whatsapp well to answer any of our questions, including a booking for a night of fine dining with Fado music. The breakfast was excellent and set us up well for the whole day, not to mention the coffee! The room itself was really nice - charming, clean, and with very comfortable beds.

If you are looking for a unique hotel with a completely different feeling to it, you should definitely try this hotel. As the name states, it is a small palace and a stay there makes you feel like royalty. From the authentic design and the many beautiful rooms and paintings throughout the hotel to the sound of piano you will wake up and eat breakfast to, it's a one of a kind feeling. We stayed here two nights after staying in two other hotels in Lisbon and Porto and we definitely recommend it. One tip is to book the spa in advance- we were lucky to have the baths all to ourselves and it was fantastic.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

The staff was very friendly and polite, the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the interior of the hotel.

Very friendly, centrally located. You feel at home! An apartment with 9 rooms. We were a family of 5 with 3 teens and took an ensuite and another room. You can use the kitchen and the living room. Really lovely! And you are received with a smile and a care that is truly portuguese!! Muito obrigada!

I really loved the place. It's small but super cozy, the rooms are just the right size, and it's in a great location downtown, close to all the tourist spots, restaurants, bars, and more in Lisbon. The staff was absolutely friendly, especially Grace (thank you so much for all your help!). I arrived really early, but they were kind enough to hold onto my luggage while it wasn't check-in time yet, and they also kept it for me after check-out so I could keep exploring the city. I'll be thrilled to come back!
