The hotel is located right in the heart of Bairro Alto, making it very convenient to reach the airport by metro or taxi. All major attractions are just a short walk away. The staff is incredibly friendly, and both the hotel and the rooms are spotless. I stayed on the top (5th) floor in a room with a standalone bathtub, which was a lovely touch. The only minor issue was that the sound of the elevator at night could be heard, as the bed was positioned near the entrance. Other than that, everything was excellent! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again myself. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Staff was amazing, I stayed there for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a special day, I couldn't thank enough Diogo Mila and Allan Diogo ! The overall experience was incredible : the decorations, the service, the spa, the wine/ cheese tasting, the breakfast, the comfort of the rooms... It was a memorable stay, I highly recommend.
