From check in to check out all staff welcomed us and made us comfortable. When we experienced a problem with the air conditioning, this was rectified immediately without any worry.

If you are looking to be totally spoiled by extraordinary service, then this boutique hotel is the place to go. Absolutely phenomenal. In addition the location is perfect to stroll into the beautiful centre of Cascais, where many great restaurants await. Breakfast at the hotel was absolutely catered for our gluten-free needs. and the morning goodies were sooooo tasty.

Lovely location, easy access to different types of restaurants and a small shopping centre just across the road. Super quick walk to the station too. Dona Rosa was sooo lovely, our flight was delayed and our check in was quite late but she welcomed us warmly. She also spoiled us with freshly made cakes, Portuguese pastries, fruits and snacks every day :) water and tea too. The room was exactly what we saw in the photos, there were enough wardrobes and drawers to keep our things, a hair dryer which I appreciated very much, and lots of towels. Beds were super comfy too, and there were plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the room. We couldn't have asked for more. Truly an awesome place with an awesome host!

The hotel is very centrally situated, yet is unbelievably private (even more so than is visible from the pictures). The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is hands down the friendliest, most helpful and polite that I have met during my travels.
