Everything was awesome. The host is a fantasticly kind and helpful gentleman, who could speak Russian and English very well. On the way from the airport he quickly showed me everything around. At the apartment explained how everything is operated. Apartment itself was very modern and super clean. As a welcoming gift there was a traditional biscuit. There was also coffee and tea for free along with sugar in the kitchen. Apartment had an air condition for heating. At night it was quiet, no dog barking or any other noise. Suggesting this accommodation to everyone!

Everything was great, like cleanness, location, comfort, but the greatest thing was the friendliness of the host. Even that we have arrived very late, at almost 23:00, he was kind enough to order us some food through glovo app, gave us a bottle of rakia and in the next morning he bought us a very tasty burek together with some yogurts, from a local shop there. Our hosts were very friendly and sociable. It was a very nice experience and for sure we will choose to stay there next time we will pass through Nis.

Room and bathroom were very clean. I brought extra bed sheets, but I didn't need to use them. The location was 10 minutes walking distance to attractions and restaurants and 2 minutes walking distance to the bus station. We arrived within 10 minutes by bus from the airport. Hotel owner is very kind person.

Very polite host. We had a small dog which they willingly accepted. We booked on the last minute after 9pm we arrived at 11pm on the same day and they were waiting for us.

Probably the best place to rest a night before/after your INI flight. On the block you got exchange office, supermarket and a bus stop (15min to city center). Hosts are friendly and beds are comfortable.
