Great location, great staff and definitely a great value for money! It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to 7-11 but still a quiet location and not so loud. The room was gorgeous and so big, the owners were so nice to upgrade us too. Both so so helpful. Definitely an Italian vibe through and through

Sam is a great host. He helps you organise things like transport to the airport etc. The location is great. Quiet so you can have a good rest but also very close to the restaurants, markets and the beach! I felt very comfortable at this accommodation.

The room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was amazing. Location is close to get to the centre, shops , restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.

San Antonio Beach Guesthouse is one of the best destinations to stay at during a vacation or any other trip at Kata Beach! It's located directly in the Kata Walking Street (Night Market), so directly in the city center you can say and only about 8 min. walking time to the beach <3 but still it's very quiet in the room during the whole day (except if there are some restorations going on around). The rooms are really big and comfy, with a King Size Bed very comfortable and an additional single bed (I didn't use, only for putting my clothes there, but the mattress was a bit strange...directly hard feeling the feathers...) Everything was perfectly clean and all you can see in the pictures and read in the description you can trust on that you'll find everything in your room. The air condition works very well, you need your room key for activation. You get a free water bottle and coffee powder every day and you can get full every day cleaning if you like^^ I didn't use this a lot, mostly only I asked for taking out my trash and sometimes new towels. The staff is absolutely great, so friendly and helpful - especially the host/manager Vito - such a lovely Italian guy <3 I extended my stay here around 5-6 times (the last 3 times directly for cash at the reception) because I fell in love with the location in Phuket and this guesthouse, it was no problem at any time, I just got family vibes here! And not to forget: the restaurant/pizzeria is really good, very good Pizza and Pasta, also Seafood - and great Cocktails! When I come back to Kata Beach some time (It's definitely in my plans!) this is going to be my very first address =) Totally recommend San Antonio Beach Guesthouse! The value for this amount of money wasn’t expected. It’s a very nice place! Rooms are clean and comfortable, have everything needed, and the staff is very friendly. There are 7/11 and many other shops, restaurants, massage salons, and so on around. I like! My room was colour mint☺️

Enthusiastic staff and boss. You can borrow or hire or ask questions about almost everything. Good prices for really delicious foods (cheaper, cleaner and more great then food than the night walking market beside). Free good breakfast. Spacious room, good light, big window with excelent view. Soft bed, mini fridge with 2 new bottle per day, clean room and replace bed sheet +towel everyday, big television with hundred chanels. Some games on ground: bia, chess...
