I really like the service from the Gift House staff. They reply to messages quickly, and when I requested an iron, they delivered it to my door not long after. Even though it was only around 300 baht+, the room still had a fridge, wardrobe, water heater, and hair dryer. So much cheap compared to another hotel I had stay before.

We came to Hat Yai for Songkran and this place was perfect. The room was much bigger than expected and had a good amount of counter space. Desk, shoe rack, closet, drying rack for clothes. We were also provided a kettle, fridge, and a large TV along with a little shampoo and body bottle. It had everything. There's also paid laundry machines and water refill. The staff was also helpful in giving us bowls when we wanted to eat in the room. The bed was large and the most comfortable I've had in Thailand. The location is a bit far from the center in an alley off the main road, but this also meant it was relatively quiet.
