the host is very friendly and treat you like a family - she gives good advices, takes care of booking taxi, transfers, tours and if needed laundry. Beaubo runs her family business with her whole heart and puts all the effort for guests to have the best experience. the rooms are simple, with basic facilities, but exactly as it is shown if pictures. it is surrounded by the beautiful garden and her uncle takes care of it to be well maintained all the time. Her father works as a taxi driver, so she can easily organize transport around the island. I would really recommend for everyone to stay here and to support local family business instead of staying in big hotel chains.

The bed was comfortable, the bungalow stayed cool throughout our holiday, the light was welcoming and warm, the view from our balcony could not be beat. We booked this property because of a friend's recommendation regarding the atmosphere and the ecstatic dance on Sundays. We were not let down. Since we were guests, we were admitted into quite a few practices and workshops for free. Otherwise, they can range from 300 to 600 thb per session.

I dont normally right reviews , but i felt i had too regarding the owners. This place is ran by a man and his wife and they are both absolutely amazing. by far some of the nicest and most hospitable people we have met in thailand so far (and thats really saying something, given how nice the thai are). My friend and i ended up spending several evenings playing a game throwing balls (cant remember the name of it) with the owner playing againist him and his friend and its one of our most memorable momennts of the trip getting to hang out with locals playing a traditional game. If you want a real thai experience, this is the place.
