Everything was perfect! The staff is very very nice and can help you with everything. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The hotel is located in 5 min walk to Uchisar castle and is close to the Pigeon valley. The room and bathroom both very clean and comfortable. There's a kettle in the room so you can always have coffee or tea. Also there's a pretty terrace

The location was perfect and very near Uchisar Castle and an amazing view point for the Hot air Balloons.. Excellent Turkish hospitality by the Staff. Riza who was the owner of the hotel was an excellent host and made us feel very comfortable and homely.. A big thank you to him for all the help and support he gave us during our stay.

Staying at this cave house is a magical experience. The place is beautiful! Tastefully decorated and laden with history. Uchisar Castel is right behind it along with many other little gems that line the streets. Location and ambience are exceptional. The restaurant offers breathtaking views over the valley and the food is spectacular. The owners are beautiful people! Kind and ever so friendly. They went out of their way to guide us - recommendations and arranging transport to the attractions we wanted to visit. Special mention to Bantu and his friend Alibeks who are amazing company and one of the sweetest people we crossed paths with on this journey.

wonderful experience with Elysee Cave Hotel. Soheil arranged all our tours throughout our stay of 3 days & nights based on our preferred activities. We did the Jeep safari tour, Whirling Dervish show, Hot air balloon, Red & Green tour and ATV. Everything was well planned. We were well taken care by the most trusted local guides and drivers. Hotel was nice as well, we got the family room that comes with a private balcony. It wasn’t really a peak season so it felt like we have the hotel all to ourselves. Location is great, walkable distance to the restaurants. Thank you Soheil & Tatyana for packing breakfast for us before we catch our morning flight 😊 Highly recommended.

Walnut House totally exceeded my expectations! After a long, freezing 14-hour bus ride from Istanbul, I finally arrived in Cappadocia, safe and sound. The host was incredibly welcoming and let us check in early with no hassle, which was a lifesaver after such a tiring journey. The moment we settled into our room, all the tiredness from the trip melted away. The place is tucked away between a spa and a restaurant, just a short walk from the bus station, shopping spots, and plenty of dining options. It doesn't really look like a typical hotel from the outside—it feels more like staying in a cozy, warm home. One of the highlights was the hot air balloon ride. The owner kindly helped us book a sunrise flight with Brothers Hot Air Balloon at a great price, and it was an amazing experience! Floating above the stunning Cappadocia landscape was like a dream come true. I really wished I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more of their wonderful hospitality. The staff was so friendly and helpful—they made us feel right at home. If I ever visit Cappadocia again (and I definitely hope I do!), Walnut House will be my go-to spot.
