This accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Firstly, it was my first time to Alishan and I had many queries which the host was very responsive to answer all of them. She was very kind to help my family to arrange transport to pick us up from Chiayi HSR and got the driver to tour us around Alishan. Secondly, the views from the room were incredible. Thirdly, we enjoyed our showers daily due to the high water pressure. To add on, the beds provided in both rooms were very comfortable. Lastly, the common area was very clean and great place for us to have our take-out meals. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely stay at this very same place in the future.

We arrived on a Sunday and it was absolutely packed, the owner also sells doughnuts and there was a long queue. So our room was not cleaned till later on, which did not worry us as we explored the town and bamboo Forrest. To make up for it she kept giving us doughnuts, fruit, drinks and food. Loved our stay.

The location was wonderful and the staff, especially Bruce, were very kind and helpful. We had a problem with our renting car and he was devoted to help with the situation, even communicating with the rental car company which was a problem for us due to the language barrier.
