We loved everything - staff, location, cleanliness of the whole place and amenities. Big lockers where we could leave our backpacks after checking out deserve an additional praise. Also, after the staff found out that me and my friend both had birthday during our stay there, they gifted us with Arkhistratyg mugs which was so sweet! ❤️

Great location - close to the center but in the quiet area. Generally, the girls at the reception were very helpful, friendly and professional. they waited for me for the late check-in, helped with the stairs and many other small questions were settled by them very professionally. The room was clean and had a historic charm. I can definitely recommend this place.

The lady admin was amazing!! Very welcoming, accomodative, very supportive and caring. I was attending the hospital, which was near by, and booked a night to stay in the hotel afterwards. Hugely grateful for all the care and understanding, and kindness beyond my expectations.

Unfortunately I can only give 10, I would give 20 if possible. I travel a lot and already stayed in plenty of accomodations, but this was one of the best. It's more lika a hotel but the price is very cheap, so I happily gave a little tip. It was super clean, the staff was absolutely amazing!!! And parking is with a gate so it's very safe. Bus stop is close by and there was even a shared kitchen. This accomodation has everything your heart desires, I can only recommend it!!
