The stay here in East Village was wonderful, the host speaks very good English and is very friendly and nice! The amenities in the apartment are so good that you feel right at home and can sit back and relax after a full day in NYC. The location is very convenient as the apartment is practically right on the L line which takes you to Brooklyn or Union Square. From there you can also easily get anywhere in Manhattan. The neighborhood is fantastic, there are many inviting restaurants, stores, movie theaters and a lot more. I'll be back next time!

The place is in an excellent location, 200 meters from a major train station that connects Jersey City to Manhattan. The neighborhood is very quiet. At no time did I feel that my safety was at risk. I booked a non-smoking room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room was very clean, and my stay was very comfortable for one person. For my Brazilian standards, it served me very well.

We had a great stay. The room is spacious & very clean. We were greated by the lovely cat Mia who loved to be petted. It's a bit far from the city centre but a 20 min. train ride gets you there for a very affordable price. Prior to arriving, the host sent me a message with several tips which helped a lot. Thank you for the pleasent stay Ricardo. If we ever visit New York again, we'll rebook this.

Wonderful guest house! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very cozy. We had our own private bathroom, a terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed — including an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The host was amazing and responded instantly to all our messages and requests, which made our stay very comfortable. Another big advantage is the convenient and spacious parking inside the yard.
