Very cosy house, you feel like home, very clean in all house. House is near all attractions, few minutes, in old Khiva. Breakfast was homemade, very fresh with local food and fruits every day and a lot of food. At discretion coffe, tea and dry fruits. I recommend this hotel

This hostel is exceptionally clean and tidy; I had a comfortable night. The location is especially good, right outside the east gate of the ancient city, and I can enter the ancient city in less than a minute. The hostel owner warmly welcomed me, and the breakfast the next morning was also very satisfying. The route from the hotel to the train station is almost a straight line, and it takes just over 10 minutes to walk.

This is a modest but lovely family run guesthouse minutes from the center of the beautiful old city. It's a really great location. We enjoyed the sparkly clean, spacious home, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Big, clean, comfortable and warm room. Hot water in the shower. Excellent breakfast that changed every day. Located 20meters from one of Khiva Old City entrances. We loved it so much that we ended up staying 3 more nights. The family was really nice. We highly recommend it !
