I had a great stay at Napoli Hostel. Even before I arrived there I spoke with the receptionist and she gave me a lot of useful tips about visiting Cat Ba. When I got there she greeted me with a smile and a very good service. The place was really clean, in a good and central location and with a quiet and peaceful environment. There was also a pool table in the lobby, great place to spend some time and make some friends. I chose the option with breakfast included and I'm glad I did. For breakfast I could choose between 7 sets of meals, a drink and some seasonal fruits. Everything was great! Great value for the price! I highly recommend choosing Napoli Hostel for staying in Cat Ba.

The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and well-designed, giving a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both local and international options. What impressed me most were the tour packages to Lan Ha Bay — everything was well-organized, and the guides made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

Very good room, with a lot of space ! Bed is very comfy. Well located in Cat Ba. Owner is so nice, and helped us for several things. He even let us check in very early !

The best hosts we have met in Vietnam! Se welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are going to miss them and their cozy homestay. The room was super clean, the location was perfect and peaceful. After spending one night in a hotel in the town it was like we moved to paradise. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. They also helped us book tours and bus tickets. Can’t recommend enough!

The family running the hostel were super lovely and helped us out with everything we needed. The guy who runs the place doesn’t speak English but was super sweet and communicated very well using Google translate. Overall loved my stay there the facilities were great and nice and clean
