The owner is so nice. The son helped to open the door eventho we came at 4.00 am. The father made some coffee for us. Eventho it's a short stay we are really satisfied. Room is clean and spacious. Location is just 5minutes away from the bus station that dropped us. If i come to hanoi again, I'll definitely stay here

The owner, Phuc, is the absolute BEST landlord ever! She constantly recommended nearby restaurants and shops, etc. and even took us for coffee and lunch several times! Wow! Amazingly friendly! The location is also perfect if you want something quiet but still close to the shops etc. There us a kitchen and washing machine too, and the rooms have private bathrooms with showers. SO lucky I found this place! 🙂

- The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and there are some lovely food and drink options very nearby. - The staff were great, they helped arrange airport collection for us at 4am despite our plane meant to be landing at midnight and the night security guard was able to let us in. They were always available and friendly and welcoming. - The free snacks were a nice touch as was the 10% discount and the cafe in the lobby. - We stayed 2 nights and then extended as we liked it so much. - This is newly opened hence less reviews available yet
