I stayed at the guesthouse before and loved coming back to it. It is perfectly located if you want to visit Addo Elephant Park. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are all so warm and welcoming.

Everything! Perfectly located for easy access to Addo Elephant Park. Our room had a spectacular view over the Sunday river - and provided exceptional sunset views. The room was spotlessly clean and provided all the necessary facilities for our stay. Very large - and varied - breakfasts were served. The very friendly owner was most helpful with every aspect of our stay.

Our stay at Addo River Den in Colchester was an absolute dream. Celebrating our first-year anniversary, we were greeted with a cozy room, clean sheets, and an outdoor fireplace that set the perfect mood. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure we felt right at home. The cherry on top was the amazing breakfast included in our package, featuring freshly baked scones, flapjacks, and a well-stocked coffee station. The variety of cheeses and jams made each morning delightful. When my car broke down, the owner was a real lifesaver, offering assistance and a great conversation. Addo River Den is truly a gem, and we can't wait to return.

The property is in a secure complex, the room was very clean and comfy, with all the amenities you would need. The jacuzzi and fire was also an added bonus and a great end to a day! The hosts were very helpful, it was a very lovely stay we wished we could have stayed longer!

Everything! JP gave a warm welcome on arrival and gave is more than enough info on arrival. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Location is great for scenic views and walking distance from beach (non swimming) and lagoon. Breakfast was great and they even sorted a packed one for us as we had to leave early on last day.

The hostess Melissa was very kind. Everythung was well taken care of and very thought trough. The location was very nice and we felt very safe. The pool was nice to relax during the warmer days.
