We were visiting for the Cape Epic and used 4 Piet Retief as a base before and at the end of the race. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, finding secure spaces for our bikes and large bike bags, and even storing our bike bags in between our stays. The property was a calm and comfortable oasis to relax after hard days of racing. It is a short walk to the main downtown of Stellenbosch. We would highly recommend 4 Piet Retief to anyone staying in the Stellenbosch area, and would stay here again on a return visit

Really comfortable accommodation, Di is a great host. The property had solar/battery backup so we did not notice Load shedding a great bonus for us. Very comfortable extra large bed and outside seating area
