The hotel owner (the lady, I can't remember her name) was absolutely lovely! She was so welcoming and pleasant throughout our whole trip. Our room was located on the first floor, which was a leg saver after a long day. We didn't have breakfast with being self catering, however we were given some fresh bread rolls every morning without fail, which was lovely. The hotel is further down the hill from the gondola and is quite a steep walk up. There are multiple ski busses and buses to Mayrhofen and hintertux which are really convenient, and there's a timetable on the pinboard in the hotel near the breakfast room.

He responded to msgs well. The location and balcony view is amazing. The rooms are clean , large enough for big family. Great value for money. I would love to visit again
