The property is accessible for visually and physically handicapped guests and is also welcoming guests with intellectual disabilities. The property was very inviting and responsive on messaging. The facilities were clean, calm and accessible. The area is very quiet and walkable. There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk or a two min drive. There purpose of my trip was to explore, hike a bit in the Alps and have a quiet weekend. I booked this place because they had a sauna which after a long hike, came in very handy. The property hosts had many great recommendations for the area hikes and dining. As a solo, single female traveler who speaks English there was no problem in comfort and communication. The staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help. Checkin at 2:30pm Checkout at 10am Breakfast was from 7:30-10am. It had great hot and cold options for a simple way to start your day. There was a complimentary coffee and cake hour from 3pm-4pm The sauna upon request available from 3pm-8pm.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Great location in the heart of Tamsweg. Short walk to the bus stop. Owners were so accommodating. Even sorted out a 5.30am breakfast on our departure day which was much appreciated. Talking about breakfast the accommodation is owned by (and located next door too) a family bakery and the breakfasts were excellent. Definitely didn't lose any weight on our 4 day ski trip. Room was large, comfortable and quiet with plenty of space for two of us. Shower was really good. We both really rated this place and would highly recommend. Will no doubt be back!
