The owner was fantastic at communicating everything about the property: sending the door code, explaining the parking, the use of the different rooms and of the kitchen, and even a bit of the history of the manor before we arrived. We stayed in the Mayor Shea Room. It was so spacious and comfortable. The mattress on the bed felt like it was new, and we slept well. The shower was good on pressure and temperature. The tub had jacuzzi jets, but we did not use that, just the shower. The location is in walking distance to many of the sights in the downtown historic area. We stayed one night, on a Sunday night, so we did not need to pay for parking. The owner will explain what to do if you are parking during the week. It was really a welcoming and positive experience. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. It will really give you a nice impression of St. John's. Thank you, we hope to return one day!
