The room they gave us was beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. This is a family owned business that really knows how to run an inn. I stayed here several times back in the 1980s, and although they have extensively renovated since then, nothing about their hospitality and the amazing view has changed. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The view of the Swiss alps and Lake Thun from the room and terrace are simply extraordinary. Our children were delighted to hand feed the beautiful cows--complete with bells--on the property. The evening meals were delicious and reasonably priced, especially by Swiss standards. I left a t-shirt behind, and they were very gracious about sending it to me.
