Felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a hostel. Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in this wonderful place was great. We loved the decor so much - made us feel cozy and warm. It's really impressive how much character they've managed to pack into this house, with several nice common areas that allow you to relax and get some light even when it rains. Breakfast was very nice, too. The shower was hot and good, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly well - what more could one ask for after a few rough days at the Torres del Paine park? They also offer packed breakfast for those who are going to the park in the early morning hours.

Big and very clean rooms. The shared bathroom was very clean and they offer all kinds of toiletries. Wet wipes, hand sanitiser, etc. The kitchen was great and it is self serving breakfast but you have eggs, fruit, tea, etc. The host will drive you to and from downtown for no additional cost and he is amazing. Anything you need, he's gonna try and get it for you. On top of all, it was more affordable than the other places in the area.
