Second time I stayed there . No regrets. The location in Caobos neighbourhood is unbeatable, the staff, including an adorable yet smart kid, superb and the rooms quite comfortable. Improvements could be noticed as compared to my first visit: the wifi worked better, the TV set was brand new, a small fridge with beverages (which must be paid if consumed) was available. The only things that are still lacking include closets and hot water, which in theory wouldn’t be an issue in a city like Cucuta that boasts a year-round summer like weather but there cloudy, rainy and windy days that makes the guest appreciate hot water availability. I would stay there again, without hesitation.
