It is less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. 三角屋根のすぐ下のお部屋に2泊しました。ジャグジーとサウナがあるお部屋だったので、旅行中の疲れが癒やされました。スタッフも皆さん親切で、朝食もビュッフェスタイルでとても美味しかったです。車があれば観光にも夕飯にもスーパーにも数分で行ける素晴らしい立地。ホテルのバルコニーや側道からは満天の星空とライトアップされたお城が望めます。

The property is clean and has a very warm feeling. The hosts are very nice. Room 2 has a very nice balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30-9am and the breakfast room is quite cozy and comfortable.

It might seem that I exaggerate, but we really had the time of our lives!! Thanks to the hotel, Simon, and the beautiful area. Me (27M) and my girlfriend(23F) could not have found a better place. We were well prepared (or so we thought) and knew exactly what to do, where and when, until we met Simon. He was super friendly and helped us refine our activities with secret local spots and choosing the right day for each activity. For my girlfriend and me this was perfect. (Even if you are not so well prepared Simon will point you towards all the gems exactly tailored to your wishes.) The appartment itself is super clean and recently renovated (while keeping the rustic alpine style). We loved the cozy wooden interior and the bed was very comfortable (including the pillows!!). I almost forgot the great view, see the photo. The location directly at the Fernpass road B179, was ideal for us. We had many things planned such as Zugspitze, Neuschwannstein, Drachensee, Partnachklamm, Breitachklamm and canyoning, which were all within 1h driving (many even much less). This was ideal for us and made a super action packed, beautiful vacation possible for us. Last but not least Simon made a custom mountainbike loop exactly to my wishes, which was one of the coolest (and hardest, cardio wise) experiences I have had in a while, completely for free. He has an amazing collection of bikes which you can borrow for free. With that I would like to conclude that I can only very much recommend staying here. Best wishes, R & E

Location is convenient, close to supermarket, ski area, 10 minutes by car to Lermoos. Also nearby is the railway station. The apartment is well equipped, clean and warm. Each room has a sink. Very welcoming hosts, they provide a very positive and friendly atmosphere. Angelica answered questions instantly and solved problems in less than a minute. We were able to get everything we needed for the child.

The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were super friendly, I just wish I could speak more German so I could have chatted with them more. I liked that they gave lots of suggestions for things to do in the area.

Room was very big and comfy, had basic kitchen equipment (boiler, fridge etc). The room is in a complex with multiple rooms and there was a shared kitchen in the building where one could cook. Overall aligned with pictures and price paid, cheaper compared to other options in the area.

The location of the property is perfect to explore the region. Our apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy. We loved the views from the balcony.
