It is situated 27 km from St Andrews Bay and provides luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I cannot stretch enough how wonderful our stay was. The hosts were as equally friendly as nearly ever person we met in Leven. The room had a suitable size and we could also use the shared breakfast room (with amazing sea view) as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub in addition to our own bathroom free of charge. With a very small fee we could have also used an additional lounge room and kitchen that is absolutely worth the price - we were allowed to peek in it. If I ever come back to Leven, I will choose this accomadation without thinking twice! Thank you so much!

Our experience at The Dundonald surpassed all expectations. Laura, our host, was not only an excellent communicator but also incredibly caring. From the moment we entered the establishment, we were greeted by a relaxed and beautiful ambiance that carried through to our room. Candlelight and soft music playing in the background. The interior design, furniture, and art on display were so impressive that they could easily grace the pages of a prominent magazine. It was truly a stunning space, and every detail had been meticulously thought out. Breakfast was a personal and delightful experience, with delicious food that left us wanting more. We would highly recommend The Dundonald to anyone and hope to have the opportunity to return for a longer stay in the future. Additionally, the town of Culross added to our overall enjoyment, providing an interesting experience of its own.

Annandale Guest House is situated in St. Andrews, 500 metres from St Andrews University, 5 km from St Andrews Bay, and 21 km from Discovery Point. Very friendly n helpful host they just added a personal touch. Room was comfortable and clean.

Coming from the States, they let me check in early. I heard other guests coming in the back door, but it didn't affect my comfort or sleep. Filling breakfast with the best croissant I have ever tasted hot from the oven. Room comfortable, bed perfect. It completely checks off everything I expect from a Guest House including a reasonable rate. Other guests were also friendly.

I enjoyed the room very much and there was even a small fridge where I could have some small breakfast supplies. The host was very friendly and helped a lot with different practical issues.
