Easy to find, situated in a beautiful old Aberdeen townhouse near to the city center, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Host Neil was very welcoming and easygoing. He made it possible for me to use free car parking in his backyard, which I appreciated very much, and he gave helpful tips re. restaurants and bars in walking distance. The room was beautifully furnished including the bathroom.

We've never been to a bed and breakfast before, however, with our stay at the Argyle Guest House, this definitely won't be our last B&B experience :) The host was very accommodating and she was infinitely kind. Breakfast was included in our stay and there were numerous breakfast options to choose from - the ones we've tried were delicious - including the Scottish breakfast. On top of it all, Tomintoul is a superb location for day-trips to the Cairngorms National Park.

Alba host was very welcoming. After check-in was shown facilities and given keys for personal use whilst at the Guest House. Excellent facilities through out. Great value for money rate which includes breakfast. Selection of Cereals and fruit plus full hot breakfast. On Main Road a little away from city centre - about 15/20 minutes walk. Quiet location. Aberdeen is city full of history, culture and architecture. Would highly recommend a visit to the city and the Alba Guest House.

Wonderful cozy little Guesthouse, safe, clean, quiet, comfy bed, centrally located, check in and out easy and uncomplicated. The little shared kitchen is fully equippend, incl. fresh fruit and hot water tap. Just really thought through what guests might want or need which really makes a difference after a long day of exploring. In that way, lochnagar guest house is way better than many hotels I stayed on this trip for 3 times the price. Will come back and recommend. Thanks Neil + Team
