At the guest house, every unit is fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Additional in-room amenities include fruits and chocolates or cookies. The place was perfect. There were sufficient linens, towels, toiletries, making the room comfortable to stay in for a few nights. Food and snacks were provided in the communal area, which were useful for our breakfast. The location is close to the centre of Portree, which was perfect to explore the Isle of Skye. Overall a great experience and would definitely book this place again if we were back in Portree!

The property has garden and inner courtyard views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Roskhill House is the perfect B&B experience. Martin and Charles make all their guest feel at home, the accommodation is cozy and very well appointed, and breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend!

This was an experience from beginning to end. They thought of everything you could possibly need plus offered Scottish treats and drinks. The rooms are totally renovated. The decor was very unique and tastefully done. Lived all the accessories ….. Pictures are accurate. Hotel quality linens and hot showers. You can control the heating. We watched the birds outside the bedroom windows, with our coffee in bed! So peaceful, we slept so well, no traffic sounds.

Lovely home and surroundings. It was an excellent location to see the isle of Skye. The pub in town was wonderful too with good food and music. The suite was super comfy and very roomy. The host is very thoughtful and left out snacks and two drams of whiskey for us. She also recommended places to visit. If I could give it a higher score I would. Definitely stay here. It was very peaceful and serene.
