Quite location absence of noises. We arrived by car late at night, extremely tired on our way to Tbilisi, and decided to stop and rest. We stumbled upon this place by chance — breakfast was included, and there was free parking. Despite the late hour, the host Anna personally welcomed us. Instead of one room, she kindly gave us two for the price of one!!! We were even treated to some wine, and she didn’t charge us anything. In the morning, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very polite. For the price, this is a great option if you're traveling by car. The area is quiet and peaceful, with fresh air — we slept without air conditioning and with the window open. Surprisingly, it was very calm and silent at night. Our room was very comfortable, with a table and chairs, and also a sink/work surface in the room. It opened straight onto the courtyard and was next to the shared bathroom. Upstairs was a veranda you could sit out on and also a kitchen which was very useful for preparing meals. The family who run this place are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and slightly different each morning. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, and you can park your car inside the gates.

We were able to do laundry and Lia helped organize our onward travel to Kutaisi. My daughter loved sleeping on the sofa bed, and we liked chilling out on the deck chairs in the garden.
