This place is excellent! A lot of small beaches nearby if you walk by foot, restaurants too. The hotel is classy, with clean, bright rooms and good interior. The breakfast is great too. The owners are very pleasant and helpful, true hosts! Overall we are very satisfied and we will be coming back to this place.

The compound is 1 minute from the beach and you can walk along there to the town in 5 minutes. There were friendly cats around. The owner was very helpful, friendly and responsive.

The whole accommodation was super! We loved the room, the cleaning lady is a sweetheart so is the owner and she did an amazing job cleaning the room. Just a few metres from the rocky beach, Perdika Mare Guesthouse is located at the fish village of Perdika in Aegina. It offers a limited hours and days reception and daily cleaning. Nice clean room with a fantastic view. Right next to the ocean with beach chairs and steps down to the water.

The lady who worked there was so nice and helpful. We payed for a double room and she gave us a studio apartment for the same price. The apartment was clean with all the necessities and a cosy balcony. The aircondition was also very effective. It is located just a few minutes walk from grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recomend it😊

The house is simple and nice, adequate space, kitchen is well equipped. In some previous reviews I saw comments about leak on shower floors, hard beds. During our stay we did not have problems with shower, it is very reasonable. Beds are on the firm side and comfortable, just the way I like it. Really enjoyed breakfasts in the terrace. Area is quiet residential neighbourhood.
