Ioannina city centre is one km away. Staff was very friendly and helpful the location was ideal and I would recommend it to anybody visiting ioannina.

The property features mountain and garden views, and is 24 km from Monastery of Panagia Spiliotissa. The guest house has family rooms. The lady here was friendly and welcoming. The outside has a traditional look while inside, the room had a modern bathroom which was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy. There was plenty of room to park on the nearest road. I would definitely recommend staying here! Note: If you have trouble finding the check-in or if someone isn't there, just give the lady a call, or you can ask at the nearby Konstantinou & Eleni (Κωνσταντίνου & Ελένης). (This is where we had our breakfast.) These guesthouses are run by the same family and would be happy to help.

We were able to keep our room on checkout day since we had a late flight to Athens. Ask for a quiet room if you want to be away from the busy street between Virsa and the lake. The family has a little bar/cafe in front. Enter there for a welcome coffee and lovely people, then enjoy a bright and spacious room with a nice little balcony. There are stairs but family will help with luggage.
