The host Pauline and her sister is amazing, friendly and helpful. Pauline even picked up our baggage with her scooter from the harbour when we arrived on Kos.

Very clean, well equiped and comfortable. As we stayed in December, I was not sure if we could find a place with a heating, but the aprtment was very warm and additionally there was A/C. Hosts also suggested to visit the restaurant they own - opa! which was great and food was excellent.

The house is perfectly suited for three couples. The location is excellent. It's a 1-minute walk to taverns, the sea, and the supermarket. We felt like locals in Kardamenia. The guest house, set in a building dating from 1950, is 4.5 km from Asclepieion of Kos and 20 km from Paleo Pili. Mill of Antimachia is 23 km away and Antimachia Castle is 24 km from the guest house. We spent 3 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. SweetMar rooms are 5 mn away from the ferry port to Turkey and 2 mn away from a very nice beach. The room was super comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. Alexia is an excellent host. She was very accessible and very flexible for all information we needed prior and during our stay. I would highly recommend SweetMar rooms.

Shared terrace and many plants creates pleasant atmosphere. Surprisingly frequent cleaning (every 2 days).
