We stayed for one night (but I wish we’d stayed for two nights at least). Porto Kagio is a very small intimate charming little village stretched across the beach of a small cove. A wonderful getaway spot with stunning views on the approach. The owner Panayioti was kind and generous, offering to help with our bags then bringing us coffee on our patio. Our room was charming and well appointed, with a cupboard, a desk, a suitcase rack, and a little fridge. Clean with a comfortable bed. We had a patio with a sea view and we were a short stroll to the beach. Breakfast was served on the top floor patio although the owner offered to serve us on our patio. Breakfast itself was fine although myself I would have liked some fresh fruit too. We did an easy walk around to the point where there is a little church and a stunning view back to the cove. We ate fresh and perfectly cooked fish at Taverna Porto right on the beach. An enjoyable time altogether.

The region is stunning and not too touristy, and there is a lot to explore in the region.

The hotel is very charming. It is in the center of Agios Nikolaos, so you are close to all the restaurants in the village, the grocery store, pharmacy and everything in the village. You can also walk to the beach. There is free parking nearby. Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a nice terrace and a small cafe where you can have breakfast. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

The room is exactly like the pictures. The balcony had an amazing view to the sea and the sunset. The apartment we booked was very spacious with two air-conditioners and two TVs, a kitchen and 2 balconies. The owner was a lovely lady who gave us great suggestions for the area and had nice conversation. Would definitely recommend.
