Situated in a peaceful area of Fira, just 500 metres from the main square, Gianna Suites provides a charming base with a traditional courtyard and outdoor pool. スタッフの方が非常に親切だった。システムトラブルがあり、予約していた部屋に1泊（予約は２泊）しか出来なかったが、その為か非常に気を使って頂いた。（２泊目は部屋を変更）お部屋は清潔感があり、非常に快適でした。Wi-Fiスピードも全く問題ありませんでした。事前にスタッフの方より連絡があり、色々やり取りが出来たことも良かったです。WhatsAppをインストールすると良いと思います。イアや空港行きのバス停もそんなに遠くなかったです。（10分程度）

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a short walk from Fira but in a peaceful area. What truly made the difference was Rino: his hospitality is on another level. We’ve traveled extensively through Greece and stayed at many hotels across the ratings and price range; this hotel was one of our best experiences. Family run, very attentive and mindful. Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. The staff was also very helpful in helping coordinate our excursions. Fantastic experience!

Everything about this place is just great! From the moment I stepped in, until (with such a heavy heart) I had to go, I enjoyed being there. The staff is so polite and attentive. The room is just super sufficient: clean, cozy, comfortable, with just the right amount of accessories to make your stay smooth. The bathroom clean, and the saltiness of water from the taps that everyone is talking about is just so NOT a big a deal! The balcony of room 9 is just perfect for chilling out in the evening after a long day of activities, listening to music from some of the nearby bars. I especially loved the communication via the plate at the door about whether or not the room should be tied up. Everything is close, the beach, the bus, the restaurants, the shops. Perissa is wonderful, Santorini is wonderful, take your time there and around it, it will leave memories that will last forever! And last but not least: thanks so much for the complementary wine, I really enjoyed it! 😊
