Casa Columba is a beautiful boutique hotel located right off of one of the most charming streets in Makarska. It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the main bus station, making it an easy spot to travel in and out of Makarska. While it’s tucked away in a quiet corner, it’s only a short walk to great restaurants, stores and beaches. The adults-only hotel is beautifully renovated, and very charming. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, masterfully decorated, exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. The host, Dino, clearly took a lot of pride in crafting an oasis with this entire space. He, Yan Yan, and Eddie were welcoming and kind, and as a solo traveler I felt both safe and incredibly comfortable. I have to call out Yan Yan in particular for being especially thoughtful, professional and warm. He really helped set a positive tone at the start of every day with exceptional service at breakfast and throughly the day with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was - his energy was a cherry on top of an already lovely stay. I look forward to recommending Casa Columba to friends and family, and returning again one day!

MA PE Luxury Rooms er þægilega staðsett í Split og býður upp á à la carte-morgunverð og ókeypis WiFi. Þetta 4 stjörnu gistihús er með sjávarútsýni og er 500 metra frá Bacvice-ströndinni. Frábært herbergi, allt mjög hreint og luxurious :) Staðsetningin var frábær. Mjög stutt að ganga niður á markað og í miðbæ. Marko svaraði mjög hratt og örugglega í gegnum WhatsApp, allt gekk mjög vel með innritun. Fengum hrein handklæði þegar við óskuðum eftir því og það kom strax. Myndi algjörlega mæla með þessum stað til að gista á ef fólk á ekki erfitt með gang upp stiga. Held ég komi aftur :)

Antique Spalato Luxury Rooms er staðsett í miðbæ Split, 2 km frá Jezinac-ströndinni, 2 km frá Obojena Svjetlost og 1,7 km frá Mladezi Park-leikvanginum. First and most important the fact that it’s a new and well renovated, beautifully designed accomodation with a cozy and full of character little garden, with beautiful plants that are very well maintained. The room is good size (no.2), the bed is comfortable, the sheets, pillows and cosmetics are of very good quality, the shower is very nice, the towels were a bit rough but ok, under the sink you have vanity kit with everything you might need in a vacation. The windows face the narrow street so the wooden blinds have to stay closed for privacy, but we didn’t mind that. Also good coffee and tea which became very useful as we got a strange flu the last two days of our stay. The attention to details of the host Ivana is impressive, I appreciate the way she answered all our questions, the fact that she understood we were not early risers & the cleaning of the room, the way she helped us shocked not to find our car because it was lifted at 8a.m from the parking nearby with payed parking ticket in the window, just because we were tourists and they can abuse you how they like. The next day 8th july there was a horrendous storm in Split and our car got hit by big hail so Ivana told us to go check it. I love the way she cares and treats you as a guest, not just selling you a room and waiting for you to get out of it! It’s the first time someone has a 10 with congrats from me and applause for being a nice human! It’s a rare trait these days so if we have the courage to come back to beautiful Split we’ll definitely stay here again. 🙂

Antares Luxury Rooms 1 er staðsett við sjávarsíðuna í Split, 400 metra frá Bacvice-ströndinni og 700 metra frá Ovcice-ströndinni. Good location (close to bus station and ferry dock), clean, safe, comfortable, good value.

Peruzovic Rooms 2 er staðsett í Split, 1,6 km frá Bacvice-ströndinni og 300 metra frá miðbænum. Boðið er upp á loftkæld gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og verönd. Our host was lovely! He gave excellent restaurant and activity suggestions and was incredibly welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfy and well located and we enjoyed having an outside area where we could sit. Thank you!!

Vale er gististaður í Split, 1,6 km frá Ovcice-ströndinni og 1,7 km frá Firule. Þaðan er útsýni yfir borgina. Valentino’s apartment is in a fantastic location in Split. It’s very comfortable and spacious. Easy to access and Valentino was very responsive. Highly recommend his apartment!

Kapov's Rooms er staðsett í Kaštela, í aðeins 1 km fjarlægð frá Palace Beach og býður upp á gistirými með fjallaútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Very clean and comfortable. The reception was so friendly and helpful. We slept great and will definitely return!
