First of all, this place is great value for money, the place only has two get houses that share a very nice kitchen, and an extremely zen garden. The guest house is very well designed and gave us a very cozy and comfortable sense. The location is in a very authentic balinese countryside village in Tabanan (not too far from Ubud) and is close to many amazing spots in that area that you can visit. The owner Mr. KETUT was extremely devoted to guest satisfaction even since contacting us on Whatsapp before checking in. He picked us up from our previous hotel himself and gave us the tours. Very subtle, flexible and follows what you like, always welcoming feedback to improve the place. The prices he gave us for the tours were quite reasonable compared to other places we've been and he did his best to help us find some things we were looking to buy and quite accurately interpreted and accommodated our plans and likes/dislikes in the tours. Also went out of his way to take some great photos of us in the tours himself as his phone had a very nice camera and shared them with us in HD. All in all, it was one of the best experiences we've had during our time in Indonesia. Mainly thanks to Mr K and his great hospitality. We didn't feel like guests in a hotel, but like being hosted by a friend or relative in the country.

Also had a nice chat with Dewi as his English was really good. I recommend Dana’s house for everyone who want to run away from touristy businesses

Bike hire is available at this guest house and the area is popular for hiking. Ubud is 24 km from Sarinbuana Eco Lodge, while Seminyak is 35 km away. The nearest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, 40 km from the property. Amazing luxury ecolodge right in the slopes of Mount Batukaru run by a Balinese-adopted Australian family. Beautiful houses and architecture. Natural swimming pool, plus river pools. Being in the middle of nature, just jungle sounds. The best is all the community and environmental projects the lodge supports with the income they get, plus projects to preserve the rainforest. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and exquisite desserts. It was a bit out of our budget but for a few nights it was a dream to be there.

Spread across 5400 m² of tropical landscapes, this beachfront property is situated on the peaceful south-west coast of Bali. Featuring modern Balinese interiors, it has an outdoor pool, private beach and day spa. Small-scale place, very nice bungalows spaced out along steep stairs from the beach through the beautiful gardens and up to the pool area. The food was great but keep in mind that they ask to order 2h in advance. The beach is beautiful though we didn’t go while we were there as it was raining. Really enjoyed the Balian Beach restaurants close by too and (with or without kids) really recommend visiting the Sea Turtle Conservation Farm while you’re there.

By far this nicest villa I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many in Bali. And surprisingly it was even better than in the pictures!
