It's not far from the beach (15 minutes walking) and pretty close to the market and restaurants. It's a nice and quiet place, where you can have a rest after noisy big cities. Edward is very kind and he always helped whether we needed some cutlery or some advise. He also helped to book a taxi for the airport. The room is pretty spacious and clean. One time the neighbours were a little noisy, but Edward helped to solve this question. In general it's a quiet place and you can close the windows and have a really good sleep.

The property is non-smoking and is set 12 km from Church of Saint Cajetan. This is the best place in India I have stayed in. The room had many small details that made it very pleasant, such as clothes hooks, small tables to put things on, extra kitchen utensils, etc. There are 2 outdoor sitting/garden areas that are well maintained and pleasant to use. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Communication response was fast and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the place.

Overlooking the whitewashed St. Sebastian Chapel, Afonso Guest House is located in the heart of Fontainhas, an old Latin Quarter. Free WiFi access is available. The Panaji Kadamba Bus Station is just 800 metres away. We loved the location of the guesthouse in the heart of the historic town of Panjim. The hosts Jeanine and Clifford were lovely, made us feel at home and gave us valuable tips for sightseeing. The room was comfortable: the AC was efficient but quiet, we had plenty of hot water for the shower. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, there is a pleasant terrace on the roof. We would definitely want to stay there again next time when we shall go to Goa.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The location was great to visit the area, the building was beautiful, very big spacious rooms, very clean, and comfortable beds. The owner and his wife super friendly, and helpful with everything, he recommended 4 restaurants, we tried 3 all of them delicious.

Breakfast in a restaurant across the street was delicious and an added bonus! Highly recommend Vivenda Rebelo!
