This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

We arrived at dawn - much earlier than I had expected and Pauls staff could not be more helpful. They even gave us a choice of rooms which was unexpected. Such a wonderful place to stay in nature with such a relaxed lifestyle. On leaving Paul and his staff came out to say goodbye with hugs all round - had a lump in my throat as we pulled away. Book now - you won't be disappointed!

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff is awesome. Lady named Rekha is very helpful. I even needed to go to the Coast Guard district headquarters for interview and it was raining, she dropped me from her personal vehicle and when we were leaving she gave us proper direction on how we could reach North Goa using the bus instead of spending an extra amount on cabs. From my end more than full rating.
