It was so fresh, we'd often put in our dinner orders in mid-afternoon so the ingredients could be picked up from the market the same day. Service was on par with some of the best hotels - with seamless communication to arrange transportation, track travel details, and ensure all was the best it could be. Throughout my stay, Ahmed and Lucky were constantly finding ways to improve my experience and regularly checked that I had everything I needed (even checking on me after I had departed for further locations in my trip). The crowning jewel of the experience was the conversations. Ahmed has created an environment that attracts an excellent variety of travelers and dedicates his evenings to bringing them together and building spontaneous community. Ahmed and Lucky are engaging and candid on their own as well - providing a unique opportunity to learn about the lives and views of Bikaners. Lastly, I must give a special shout out to Lucky's side work as TukTuk driver and guide during the day. He is excellent at both, and provides the rare add-on service of a candid crash course in Indian street knowledge and market practices (if you ask).

The hotel is close to tourist attraction(chaos area) but hotel is in good community area. The location is quiet, clean and peaceful. Only Residense live in here. I walk around this location for 30minutes, it is good, many big beautiful house and pubic garden. I feel very safe in this location. They have security guard to lock the gate after9.30pm.

The room was very spatious and clean, the bathrom have all the things you need including a toothbrush kit. The view to the fort is perfect. Retik is a really nice host! I totally recomand it. The location is prefect, in the old city! The rooftop view is amazing.

The hotel also has a spacious and beautiful terrace where you can relax, enjoy your meals, and have breakfast. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur!

Location of the hotel is really nice, close to the blue city and big market with the clock tower. Rooms are cozy with traditional touch, and extremely clean. It really was the cleanest property we experienced in India! Hotel has a great rooftop, with amazing fort view and the best food we had in Jaipur! Really big appreciation to the young chef that is cooking there as food is exceptionally good, everything is freshly made and what’s the most important made with care :) you can really see that the Young Chef is really passionate about cooking and he is doing a great job! We keep mentioning his food even now few days after we left the hotel. In short hotel is great but service is even better, there were three young men helping us out during our stay and they made it truly special, always smiling, always helpful! Thank you so much for a great stay!

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
