It can be reached quite quickly from the city by car or taxi. We took the footpath in the evening, it takes about 20 minutes to reach the historical center . The way back is certainly not for everyone, but on holiday you should be able to find the time and desire for a longer walk. Of our two evenings there, we were once lucky enough to find a taxi in Cernobbio. Going uphill at 90 km/h is not for the faint-hearted, but an unforgettable experience. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained. Anastasia, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. The choice at breakfast is great, everything is fresh and deliciously prepared. And the swimming pool with the view from there is a dream. Our rooms were quiet, you can sleep there undisturbed.

The guest house is absolutely amazing, lovely furnished, very clean and the absolute bonus is the great host Patrizia, she was ready for everything I needed = bus tickets to go to the town, explanation of bus transport there and back, even recommendation of shops! She was not tired to talk to me and answer specific questions. I felt like home and the only pity is that I stayed just one night and was business travelling. I would surely love to come back with my family one day. Wishing Patrizia lots of good clients, she gives the place her heart. Thanks
