Wonderful property, beautifully designed, heating system worked really well, great position if you are getting a train and also close to restaurant and the centre. Everything was perfect, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Great communication with Laura. She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.

This is a great place to stay. The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!
