Plus they really went out of their way to help me get to my next location - including calling the bus companies to make reservations. It's not luxurious but that wasn't what I needed. Cozy and convenient to get to snowboarding, it was great!

We stepped inside the house and it was everything we needed and more! It was so beautifully warm, our room was really cosy and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was substantial and sustained us for the whole day! Staff were really attentive and friendly. It was a really memorable and special experience for us, we highly recommend and would love stay there again one day.

The location was perfect for driving to all of the resorts we wanted to visit but also close enough to Kutchan and Niseko for a short drive to ski and eat etc. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really large. Plenty of space for 7 adults and great facilities like a kitchen downstairs. The hosts were amazing, could not of been more helpful. They were always on hand to help and answer any questions. We opted in for breakfast a couple of mornings and dinner and both were delicious and very good value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other activities like snow showing etc.

Can ski from top of Niseko Annupuri to Niseko village , Grand Hirafu, etc. and back again. Great powder and DO ski the gates.
